I hope everyone had a fabulous Mabon weekend! I had a blast over at Firefly's Mabon open circle where we called upon Demeter and Persephone for thanks and had a marvelous feast afterwards. I know many local groups had their Equinox events over the weekend, so if you have any photos that you'd like me to share, send them on over for posting.
On Saturday I attended the very last planning meeting for Northern Virginia Pagan Pride Day. Since I'm on the planning board, believe me when I say that you do NOT want to miss this event. We have a fabulous program planned that includes ritual, a picnic, kids activities, workshops, panel discussions and more! The schedule which is being constantly updated, can be found here.
I'm thrilled to see that Open Hearth Foundation now has a blog up on their site, Words from the Hearth. You can now find a link to the blog on the "Blog Friends" side of this site and I encourage you to subscribe to their updates.
